| On your frevvo task list, each task contains an audit option, as pictured next to the number (1). This Audit Trail contains who originally submitted the form and any other person that the form has gone to in the form's workflow. As pictured with the number (2), any available comments that are available from the system, or the person who re-routed the form will be visible. |
