Faculty - Accessing Zoom Reports including Poll Results and Attendance Data

Accessing Poll Results 

1. Go to https://mc3-edu.zoom.us
2. Click "Sign In" and enter your MC3 credentials 
3. On the left menu, go to "Reports"
4. Choose "Meeting"
5. For report type, choose "Poll" 
6.  Select time range if needed and then "Search"
7. Click "Generate" for the Zoom session you wish to access Poll data
8. Click "Download" to get a copy of poll results

Accessing Attendance Data 

1. Go to https://mc3-edu.zoom.us
2. Click "Sign In" and enter your MC3 credentials 
3. On the left menu, go to "Reports"
4. Choose "Usage"
5.  Select time range if needed and then "Search"
6. Click the number under Participants 
7. A pop-up will appear and you can Export the data if you wish by clicking "Export" in the top right 
   
   1. Click the checkbox next to "Export with Meeting data" if you want the session information on the downloaded report
