Contacting the Help Desk for technical issues is the fastest way to get answers or be directed to the appropriate resource. For questions about assignments or content in your classroom please reach out to your instructor.
Another way to provide students with technical assistance is to create a folder in your Blackboard course that contains resources related to technical support. In additional to providing the Help Desk information in the announcement above, you may wish to provide some of our KnowledgeBase articles.
