Student Email Issues

 

There is an issue that arises for students who use Gmail as their personal email account. Occasionally when a student clicks on their icon from the Portal, it loads their personal email instead or it will show a redirect error.. The following steps may help fix this issue.

  1. Log out of your personal email and your student email.
  2. Clear your browser history. Below are links to various browser knowledge base articles to help you with that.
  3. Close any browser window once the history has been erased.
  4. Open a new browser window and log in to your MC3 account.

You should now be able to access your student email properly.

Tip - To prevent this issue from happening, it may be helpful to choose one browser for your personal email and a separate browser for your student email.
