Discussion Board - Reading Posts

Note: There are several options that you can use when viewing the discussion forum.

List View

1. Click on the Discussion Board link or button on the left-hand navigation.

2. Click on the name of the discussion forum that you want to view.

The default view is List View as shown in this example. In this view, you can see a list of threads that were created (A) as well as the author (B) of those threads.  You can also see how many posts have been made to each thread (C).

Tree View

1. Click on the Discussion Board link or button on the left-hand navigation.

2. Click on the name of the discussion forum that you want to view.

3. Click the Tree View button as seen in B in the top right corner of the screen.

4. Click the Expand All button.

The Tree View in conjunction with Expand All allows you to see all of the threads and replies on the Forum page as shown below with the RE: before the response.
