How to send a fax via email

• Note: In order to send a fax via this method, you must have already been provisioned an account in the UseItFax system

The Use it Fax Service allows you to send electronic faxes from within your MC3 Microsoft Outlook (full client or web client).

To send a fax, simply compose a new email message, attach files if necessary, and address your message tonumber + @useitfax.com.

The email will be received by the Use it Fax Service where it is converted to fax format and transmitted to the recipient(s).

A fax delivery confirmation will then be emailed back to the senders email address.
