Using Bomgar Live Support from a campus computer

 

Using Live Support Chat can be a quick way to get through to a help desk representative during business hours. 

  • From any campus computer, just click the Helpdesk icon on the desktop 
  • Select Live Support 
  • Then Enter your name and a brief description of your issue and click submit.

  • A help desk representative will respond shortly. 
  • Alternately, you can browse to https://support.mc3.edu from any computer to connect via Live Support.
