Add a Printer (Windows)


**For college-owned computers and college-issued laptops only**


1. Click the Windows button or Cortana/Search Circle. (bottom left)

2. Type in \\srvprint\ and press Enter  
3. Locate the Printer, or type in the printer name in the search box on the top right

4. Right-click the [PrinterName] then click connect (Alternatively, double-click)



Removing a Printer


1. Go to Control Panel  

2. Click Hardware and Sound   

3. Click Printer and Devices  
4. Right-click the printer to be removed and select Remove Device
