Student Email Issues
There is an issue that arises for students who use Gmail as their personal email account. Occasionally when a student clicks on their icon from the Portal, it loads their personal email instead or it will show a redirect error.. The following steps may help fix this issue.
- Log out of your personal email and your student email.
- If you are unable to log out of either account, step 2 may still help.
- If you are unable to log out of either account, step 2 may still help.
- Clear your browser history. Below are links to various browser knowledge base articles to help you with that.
- Close any browser window once the history has been erased.
- Open a new browser window and log in to your MC3 account.
You should now be able to access your student email properly.
Tip - To prevent this issue from happening, it may be helpful to choose one browser for your personal email and a separate browser for your student email.
