Setting up iPhone/iPad for Auto Screen Lock

To set Auto-Lock for iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad do the following: 

  1. Launch the Settings app
  2. Tap on Display & Brightness (or General for iOS versions 7, 8, & 9). 
  3. Now choose the Auto-Lock option.
  4. Tap on the option you'd like for your device.
