Faculty - Qwickly Attendance Column Missing from Grade Center/Grade Center Sync Issues
If you accidentally deleted the Qwickly Attendance column or it is not appearing in your Grade Center please follow the steps below to re-establish the column. You should also follow these steps if Qwickly and the Grade Center are not synching properly. |
1. Select the Qwickly Attendance tool link in your course. |

2. Qwickly will open in a new tab in your browser. Select Settings from the top left corner of the Qwickly Attendance page. |

3. Scroll down the page until you see Grade Center Integration. Select the radio button next to No Grade Center Column. Note: You will not lose any attendance check in's that you logged thus far. |

4. Select Save Settings at the bottom of the page. |
|
|
5. The Settings page will refresh and you will see an orange bar indicating that your settings have been saved. Select the Return to Attendance link in the orange bar. |

6. Select Settings from the top left corner of the Qwickly Attendance page again. |
|
|
7. Scroll down the page until you see Grade Center Integration.
Select the radio button next to Total Points or Per Recorded Session (this depends on how you want Attendance calculated). |

8. Select Save Settings at the bottom of the page again. |
|
|
9. On the navigation menu to the left, select Grade Center and Full Grade Center. |
|
|
10. Scroll to the end of your Grade Center to verify that the Attendance column has reappeared. |
