How to Approve Requisitions in Self-Service


How to Approve Requisitions in Self-Service



1. Log into Self-Service and then Financial Management.  

2. Select Approve Documents

If there are any documents in your queue they will be visible here.

(Note: This process is the same as using the APRN screen in Colleague.)


3. To review the requisition details click on the requisition number.



4. To approve the document select the box under “Approve”




5. Select submit at the bottom right.  
6.You will see the following once the transaction has been completed.
