Hide and Unhide courses in Blackboard

This article will explain how to hide and unhide courses from the Course List on My Dashboard of Blackboard. It may be desired to hide a course that is no longer in session to keep the front page Course List short.

1. After logging into Blackboard, hover over the "Course List" module and click on the Gear icon.

2. Locate the course(s) you would like to hide and uncheck the box in the Course Name column. Also uncheck the Announcements box if necessary.

3. Click Submit at the bottom of the page when done. You will be redirected to My Dashboard and receive confirmation the module was updated.

4. To unhide a course, repeat Step 1 and check the boxes next to the course(s) you would like to view in your Course List.
