Check the box in the top left to select all the goal set and click Submit at the bottom.  All the General Education Core Goal sets are selected.
In the Full Grade Center, access a column’s contextual menu (the down arrow to the right of the column title) and click View and Add Alignments View and add alignment is circled in red on the contextual menu.
Click Add Alignments to open the Goals Discovery window. Add alignment button
In the Goals Discover window, the goals we already associated with the course will appear. Select one of the goal categories you want to associate with your grade center column.  The goals associated with the course from earlier steps appear in the Goals Discovery window.

You will now see the main goal and sub-goals in the Goals Discovery window for the category you selected. If you need to attach goals from another category, you can choose additional categories under the Category filter.

Select the goals to align to the Grade Center column using their associated check boxes. You can click on the double window icon to open the goal in full to see all the details.
View the selected goals only by expanding the Selected Goals area at the bottom of the Discover Goals window.

Click the X icon at the left of the goal to remove the goal. You would only see this if the Grade Center column was already aligned with a particular goal.

Click Submit.

Viewing Added Alignments/Removing Added Alignments

To view the selected alignments, access the column’s contextual menu and click View and Add Alignments .

The selected goals appear in a table. You can delete a goal from this view as well.

Note: The Action column and delete button may not appear to you as there is a current bug with the system. After trying another web browser, should you still experience issues please contact the Help Desk.

You can close the alignment list by clicking on the X
