Faculty and Students - Outlook (Web Version) Address List

Student Email Transition FAQ


  1. Access your Outlook account by using the Email tool in the Montco Portal
  2. Select New Message
  3. Click on To or Cc
  4. Select FacStaff List or Students List in accordance with the recipient you are looking for
  5. Select the specific recipient by selecting the + on the right of their name
  6. Select Save in the bottom right once you have every recipient added
  7. The recipients should now be showing in rather the To or Cc field (Depending on what you selected in Step 3)
