Emails Missing in Outlook Web


E-Mails Missing in Outlook Web Application


We have found an issue with e-mails disappearing while working on them in the Outlook Web Application, this may help retrieve them


If you are in Conversation View, the email should be with the conversation you were working on, and there should be an indication of a draft.
If you are in Message View, you will need to go to the Drafts folder:  
1. On the left column, choose More to expand your folders.

2. Locate and choose your Drafts folder, there should be a numeric indicator that there is an un-read draft.

3. The newest drafts should be on top, and the missing e-mail may be here as well.
