Creating Outlook-2016 Distribution Lists


Creating Outlook Distribution Lists  


1. Open Outlook and click New Item > More Items > then click on "Contact Group" in the Home ribbon. 



2. Enter a name for the Distribution List. (ex. New List)


3. Choose Add Members > then Outlook Contacts. 


 Select the desired Names of people to add. You may need to the change the Address Book to "Global Address List" to view all contacts.




4. Select Save & Close to create your Distribution List.


5. Your Distribution List will appear in your Contacts list in your Address Book.
