Conference Calling with Campus Phones

 

1. Connect with first party — either party can initiate the call  



2. Depending on the phone model, press Transfer button or select Start Transfer from the menu. You can also select Start Conference and then dial a number to conference in once you hear the dialtone. Use flash on Polycom to conference phones.
3. Dial 2nd party
4. Press Transfer to connect all parties. If second party does not answer or if you go through to voicemail, press Connect.
5. Repeat steps 2-4 if you wish to continue connecting others. Up to 8 parties can be connected.
