Accessing Tax Forms Securely

In order to access your tax forms more securely you must have the Microsoft Authenticator app downloaded and connected via your mobile device. For directions on this piece, please view Multi-Factor Authentication for Secure Document Viewing.

This article will show you how to use the Authenticator app to securely access and view your tax forms.

1. Open a web browser and go to statements.mc3.edu.

2. If you are not logged into the portal you will be asked to login using your College username and password.

You will now be sent a notification to your mobile device from Microsoft Authenticator.

3. Open the Microsoft Authenticator app on your mobile device and press Approve.

4. The statements.mc3.edu page will now reload and take you directly to Self-Service where you can access your tax forms.
