WebAdvisor - Entering Final Grades


The following steps will guide you through the process of entering your final grades in WebAdvisor. 

Note: Midterm grades are currently entered through Starfish, not WebAdvisor.


1. Sign into your MC3 Portal and click the WebAdvisor button.   
Note:  Dual-Enrollment Faculty will have to click on the WebAdvisor option on the right column of their portal.  See image:  
3. Click on WebAdvisor for Faculty   
4. Click  Faculty Information
5. Click  Grading  
6. Click the drop down arrow in the Term field and select the appropriate term.  
7. Click the Submit button .

8. Click the drop-down arrow to select Final for the Final or Midterm/Intermediate Grading.

Note: Click Grading Policy if you are unsure of acceptable entries for grading.

   Select Term
9. Click in the radio button next to the course where you want to enter final grades.
10. When finished, click the Submit button.
11. In the Grade column, enter the appropriate letter grade for each student.



12. If you have entered an FS (Failure Stopped Attending) for a student grade, enter the date that the student last attended in the Last Date of Attendance field, formatted as MM/DD/YY.
13. Click the Submit button.
