Recording PhoneMail Greetings Using Your Campus Phone 

To record your name dial into PhoneMail and then press 8 and then 4.

Listen to the prompts which will instruct you to press 1 to record. 

Say your first and last name after you hear the tone,  press the star (*) and then the pound key (#) when finished.

To record your personal greeting dial into PhoneMail and then press 8 and then 1.

Listen to the prompts which will instruct you with greeting options, press 1 to select alternative greeting, which will answer under all conditions (busy-line, internal callers, external callers and after hours)

Then press 1 and begin speaking after the tone, press the star (*) and then the pound key (#) when finished.
