How To Restart Global Protect While Using a MAC

 

 

  1. Use the spotlight search bar (magnifying glass) at the top of your screen and search for "terminal".
  2. Once terminal is open type "su jssremote" to gain administrative privilege's on your machine.
  3. Enter in the following two commands below, individually (press enter after each command):
    launchctl unload /Library/LaunchAgents/com.paloaltonetworks.gp.pangp*
    
    launchctl load /Library/LaunchAgents/com.paloaltonetworks.gp.pangp*
