Lite Classroom Experience
- On-campus or online, semi-structured 2-hour time blocks
- At least one in-person attendance highly encouraged
Face-to-face: Please see room assignments below.
Online Group: You will be sent a Zoom link prior to the session to join us from a student point of view.
Part 1: An explanation and demonstration of the classroom technology and a brief discussion of classroom management techniques.
Part 2: After the formal presentation, there will be a question-and-answer period. Also, an opportunity will be provided for those who wish to stay to test the equipment for themselves.

Immersion Classroom Experience
- On-campus and online
- Four (4) consecutive days structured in 2-hour time blocks
- You will be on-campus two (2) of the four (4) days and online two (2) of the four (4) days
- This option is HIGHLY encouraged
- All Immersion Classroom Experiences will be held in ATC 201 at the Blue Bell campus until more hybrid/flex rooms come online at both campuses.
- Details will be shared with each registration group on how to participate online with this experience.
- During the registration process, you will be asked to indicate your on-campus days of attendance (ex. Monday/Wednesday, Tuesday/Thursday, etc)
Overall Session Format:
You will have the opportunity to experience being a student as well as the instructor both in-person and online. This in-depth experience will take a deeper dive into managing the technology, classroom management techniques, and presenting content for an optimal student experience.
Specific Session Details:
- Days 1 and 2 will allow you to experience this modality as an in-person and online student. You will attend in-person based on the day you chose during registration and your other day will be online.
- Days 3 and 4 will include you presenting a short 15-minute presentation on a topic of your choice. On your in-person day, you will share your presentation while your online day will allow. you to be a "student" while your colleagues share their presentation. Presentation details will be forthcoming.
- Gain the experience as an instructor teaching this modality
- Test different activities you would like to use in your classroom within this modality

Refresher experiences allow you to get into a hybrid/flex classroom to explore and test the equipment.
Lite and Immersion's each have a waitlist. To register for any of the Lite or Immersion experiences, click the associated link. Scroll down to registration, type "1" in the Quantity box, then click "Add to Cart" and follow the remaining directions.
Face-to-face: There is a total registration cap of 15 as that is the max amount we can have on-campus. Continue to register if the registration cap is met because some of those registrations will be for online, which may mean in-person seats are available. If you end up on the waitlist, we will contact you to let you know if an in-person seat is available.
Online: If you plan to attend online, please register regardless if the registration limit is met or not. You will be sent Zoom information prior to the session. There is no seat limit on Zoom attendance.
Use any of the registration links below under Immersion Experience to sign-up for a four-day consecutive time block and your on-campus days. There is a total registration limit of 10 seats.
How do I sign up?
Blue Bell Sign Up
You can sign up via the Bookings Calendar. Once on the calendar, complete the following to register:
- The service “Refreshers Blue Bell” will be chosen for you, and no action is needed under “Service.”
- On the calendar, see which days are bolded, indicating there is availability.
- Click on a bolded day, and to the right, select the time slot that you wish to claim (reminder 1-hour time slots)
- Below the calendar, fill in your contact information and answer any questions.
- You will then receive a confirmation email.
Please note, a separate email will be sent before your appointment, letting you know the room you will be using during your Refresher appointment.
We will do our best to book you in the room you requested during registration; however, we will find an alternate classroom closest to the one you requested if the room is not available.
