Ignore a Conversation - Outlook Desktop
You have the ability to keep unwanted conversations or emails out of your Inbox by using the Ignore feature in Outlook. Ignoring a conversation automatically removes the message from your Inbox and puts it into your Deleted Items folder. A Conversation is a thread of email responses with the same Subject. Ignoring conversations in Outlook will also remove the replies/responses by others that may be on the email thread. This article will walk you through how to use the Ignore feature in the Outlook Desktop version. If you are using the web version of Outlook, please view the following knowledgebase article: |
