 Default Credential Information

The following information will help new students, faculty and staff log in for the first time. 

 

What is my Initial Password?

Students:

  • Students can use the Self-Service Password reset system if they have provided the College with an active cell phone number or call the MCCC IT Help Desk at 215-641-6495 to get your password.

Faculty and Staff:

  • Capitalized initial of first name, lower case initial of last name, MCCC ID (No spaces. Contact your supervisor or department dean for MCCC ID or check online.)

I forgot my password

Students:

  • Students can use the Self-Service Password reset system if they have provided the College with an active cell phone number.

Faculty and Staff:

  • Please contact the Help Desk at 215-641-6495 or via Live Support

What is my Username?

Students:

  • 1st initial of your first name PLUS 15 letters of your last name PLUS last 4 digits of your student ID number
    Ex: jdoe1234

Faculty and Staff:

  • 1st initial of your first name PLUS your last name. You may also check online.
    Ex: jdoe

 


What is my Initial Password?

Students:

Faculty and Staff:

Can’t login? Here are some common reasons why.

You're a first time student, registered with the college but have not enrolled in classes with an Advisor.

  • First time students must meet with an Advisor. Call Admissions (215-641-6551) and setup a time to meet with an Advisor. 24 hours after enrolling in a class with an Advisor you will have login access to the portal page, Webadvisor and Blackboard.

You're trying to login locally to a PC on campus and you are unable to.

  • To be able to login locally to a PC on campus, you must be currently enrolled in a class.
