Changing Permissions to Share Google Documents

 

This how-to document will help students set sharing permissions on their Google Documents. Please follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Student Portal page

2. Click on Quick Links and then choose email

3. Open Drive 

 

4.  Use: "ctr + left mouse click"  to select individual files or folders

 

 

 

or to select multiple folders; for example select the (user Experience Project) folder/file "ctr + left click" and  select (Kinesiology Project)  "shift + left click"

 

 

 

 

 

 

5. Left click on the selected files/folders and select "share..."

 

7. Select "Advanced"

 

8. Click: Change 

9. Change to: Anyone with Link  and click "save".

 

11. Share the accessible links provided at the top to share files/folders

12. Click Done
