Adding Comments

How do I add comments to my appointment with the student? 

  1. Click on the menu icon for the appointment and select the Edit the appointment option.
  2. Click on the Outcomes tab on the Edit Appointment form.
  3. Check the Send copy of the note to the student checkbox then enter the comments for the appointment.

  4. Submit to save the note and send an email to the student with the copy of the note.
