Supervisor Approvals

Pay Period approval

  1. Log into the TimeCard Plus system at
  2. Select Hours > Group Hours
  3. Select the appropriate dates or pay period and click Update
  4. Review all employee hours.
  5. Make any necessary changes to employee hours (instructions available  Viewing and Editing Hours  )
    • Any entries edited by the supervisor are automatically marked as approved.
  6. Click  M check (manager approval) header  to approve all employee hours on the current page
    • If there is more then a single page of employee hours, move to the next page and repeat steps 4-5)  Page navigation buttons
