Grade Center: Total Column
Note: By default, the Grade Center has a Total Column. However, if the instructor wishes to make both the percentage and the letter grade available, a second column needs to be created.
Note: If the grades are weighted, this would not be the column you create. Rather, another weighted column would be required.
1.Within the Full Grade Center, click the Create Calculated Column button. |

2.From the drop down menu, select Total Column. | ||
3.In Section 1: Column Information, enter in the title of the column into the Column Name. |

4.Determine what the students will see in this column within their My Grades by clicking the drop down menu next to Primary Display. |

5.In Section 3: Select Columns, determine if all columns will be included in the total. |

6.Next to Calculated as Running Total, determine if you want students to see their current “total” minus non- graded and items by clicking the radio button next to Yes or No. | ||
7.In Section 4: Options - determine the following:

8.When finished, click the Submit button. |
