Office 365 - Access - Database "already in use" error when saving database

You may receive a "file already in use" error message when you try to open an Access database that is located on a server

 

This error occurs when you are saving an Access Database after using the default document name.  To resolve this issue, create a new access database with a unique name, often we prepend the name with the users username.  Having a unique name will prevent this error.
