Microsoft Teams is an application that works similarly to Skype and also offers additional useful features. 

The information below will help you get started in Microsoft Teams.

 

 

Microsoft Teams: Using Chat (external site)

This article from Microsoft will provide you with general information on how to use the Chat feature in Teams. 

Note: You do not need to be part of a Team to use Chat in Teams.

  1. Turn on your College issued computer. 
  2. Locate and click the Help Desk icon.
  3. Click Microsoft Teams from the list.
