Faculty - Importing a Coursepack Package in Blackboard
This article will show you how to import a Coursepack package in your Blackboard course. Compatible packages include Blackboard Learn, Common Cartridge, Blackboard Vista 8 and Blackboard ANGEL 7.4 and 8.0. You will need to obtain a zip file of this package from the publisher in order to move forward. Be sure to save the zip file somewhere on your computer that you will remember. You will need to access it later in order to complete the import process. |
1. Go into the course in Blackboard where you want to import the Coursepack. | ||
2. Under Course Management, click Packages and Utilities. Then click Import Package/View Logs. |

3. Click Import Package in the upper left corner. |

4. Under Select Package, click Browse. This will allow you to search your computer for the zip file of the Coursepack you want to import. When you have located and selected the file, it will appear under Select Package. |

5. Determine what material from the Coursepack you want to import. You can select items individually or check Select All to check off everything. |

6. Click Submit at the bottom of the page to complete the process. |
|
|
7. A confirmation email will be sent to your College email when the process is complete. You can also navigate back into the course after a few minutes have passed to check the process. |
