Disabling/Enabling Clutter
IT has disabled the Clutter feature of Outlook due to feedback. If you would like to re-enable Clutter for continued use, you can use the following steps to do so: |
1. Log into the Portal | ||
2. Select Email | ||
3. In the top right corner, click the gear (Settings) button | ![]() |

4. From the drop down menu, Find Your app settings | ||
5. Click Mail | ![]() |
|
6. Select Automatic Processing on the left side of the screen | ||
7. Click Clutter | ||
8. Check to turn on/Uncheck to turn off Separate items identified as clutter |

9. Click the Save option |
