Disabling/Enabling Clutter

 

IT has disabled the Clutter feature of Outlook due to feedback. If you would like to re-enable Clutter for continued use, you can use the following steps to do so:

1. Log into the Portal  
   
2. Select Email  
   
3. In the top right corner, click the gear (Settings) button  
   
4. From the drop down menu, Find Your app settings  
   
5. Click Mail      
 
6. Select Automatic Processing on the left side of the screen
 
7. Click Clutter
   
8. Check to turn on/Uncheck to turn off Separate items identified as clutter  

   
9. Click the Save option
