Microsoft Teams is web-based productivity hub designed to help you with your daily productivity in one space.

You can take notes during a web-based meeting that you have scheduled. The notes are accessible within the Teams space.

Taking Meeting Notes in Teams  

Please Note:

  • Only those in the same organization as the meeting organizer may start or access the meeting notes.
  • Meeting notes are not available in meetings with more than 20 people. 
  • Only people who are invited to the meeting prior to the meeting notes being created will have access to the meeting notes. People who are added to the meeting later, will not have access to the meeting notes.
