Using Bomgar Live Support from a campus computer
Using Live Support Chat can be a quick way to get through to a help desk representative during business hours.
- From any campus computer, just click the Helpdesk icon on the desktop
- Select Live Support
- Then Enter your name and a brief description of your issue and click submit.
- A help desk representative will respond shortly.
