Setting Work Hours - Outlook Online

This article will show you how to set your work hours in the Outlook online app. Setting work hours lets others know when you are in the office when they are viewing your calendar.

1. Open your Outlook email.

Click the Calendar icon in the lower left corner.

2. A new tab will open. Click the Settings icon in the upper right corner.

3. A window will appear to the right side of your screen.

Scroll to the bottom of the window and click View all Outlook settings.

4. Another pop-up window will appear.

Under Working Hours, enter your work hours (start and end time).

Under Show school week as: select the days in which your working hours apply.

5. Click Save in the upper right corner of the pop-up window.
