Accessing Your VoiceMail on Campus  (



The following steps will allow you to access your voicemail via the web. This is only possible if you are on campus or logged in via Citrix.


1. Navigate to using Google Chrome. You can also access your voicemail by choosing the link at the mymc3 portal. Other browsers can cause issues with accessing your voicemail.  


2. Enter your mailbox ID (your extension number) and your PIN to login to your account.  

3. The landing page upon logging in will be your voicemail inbox. Click on any voicemail for more options  


4. After clicking on a voicemail, you will have a screen with many options. To listen to the voicemail, click the "Play" link in the middle of the screen  


5. The link will cause your computer to use your default program for opening audio files - this may be iTunes, VLC, Windows Media Player, or another program.
