Accessing Your VoiceMail on Campus (vmail.mc3.edu)
| The following steps will allow you to access your voicemail via the web. This is only possible if you are on campus or logged in via Citrix. |
| 1. Navigate to https://vmail.mc3.edu using Google Chrome. You can also access your voicemail by choosing the link at the mymc3 portal. Other browsers can cause issues with accessing your voicemail. |

| 2. Enter your mailbox ID (your extension number) and your PIN to login to your account. |
|
| 3. The landing page upon logging in will be your voicemail inbox. Click on any voicemail for more options |
|
|
4. After clicking on a voicemail, you will have a screen with many options. To listen to the voicemail, click the "Play" link in the middle of the screen |
|
| 5. The link will cause your computer to use your default program for opening audio files - this may be iTunes, VLC, Windows Media Player, or another program. |
