Error Opening Microsoft Outlook
Symptoms: Microsoft Outlook will not open on Faculty/Staff computer due to errors similar to:

Solution: | ||
2. Click the Start button and type "Mail" -or- Go to Start, type "Control Panel" and click on Control Panel, click on Mail from the icon view. |

3. Click Show Profiles... | ||
4. Remove all listed profiles and click OK You may close Control Panel |

5. Launch Outlook and follow the prompts to create a new mail profile. Be sure to check the "Remember password" checkbox if you are prompted for your credentials. | ||
6. Depending on the size of your mailbox, it may take several minutes for everything to sync with your computer again. If you no longer see an additional mailbox that you had access to, see https://kb.mc3.edu/article.php?id=10 for instructions |
