The following resources will help you get started in a hybrid and flex classroom.

First Day of Class

The following articles and videos will help you get set up to teach your hybrid or flex class on the first day of class.

• Zoom Dual Monitor Instructions

  • If you are using Zoom as your web-conferencing tool, youshould enable a Zoom setting that will respond to the dual monitors in the classroom better and eliminate some work on your end. This is doneper classroomat the start of each semester prior to the first day of class or on the first day of class in the room you will be teaching in.

    If you are using Blackboard Collaborate as your web-conferencing tool this does not apply to you and no action is needed.

  • This only applies if you use the Desktop version of PowerPoint. If you use Office 365 (online) no action is needed.
