Installing Techsmith Knowmia on a College Issued Device

Note: This does not need to be done on classroom computers connected to the SMART Board because this software is part of the classroom PC image.

1. Click on the Magnifying Glass on your task bar.  Windows Search
2. Type in "Software Center" and click on the option that appears.  Software Center
3. Click on the Applications Option on the Left.   Select Applications
4.  Select "ACD-Techsmith" from this list of options and click on Install once the option appears.   Techsmith Install
5. Once "Reinstall" appears this means that the software has been installed successfully.   
6. The icon for Techsmith should now be located on your desktop.  Techsmith
